Nirriti
A Vedic goddess of evil, deceit, corruption, decay and disease; the personification of destruction. She is sometimes connected with the goddess Kali.

Nirrti
("destruction") A goddess of destruction and death. She is said to live in the south (which is regarded as the land of the dead). Her husband and masculine aspect is Nirrta. In later Hinduism, Nirrti herself becomes a male dikpala god of terrifying aspect.
